Factory re-set is not working
I have an Acer Iconia Tab A500 that is locked and we don't remember the password. We can not perform a hard reset - we get the Android guy with an exclamation point. There is no SD card in the unit. Please help!

Thanks but this is a tablet, not a phone.
When trying the factory reset (#4 in the article), the option to manually choose the reboot function does not appear on the screen.
