@victormason besides the excellent answer provided by my esteemed colleague @dadibrokeit here is a little bit more information. First off, the Mazda Tribute and Ford Escape share the same engine etc. So, here is the routing diagram for those engines Drive Belt Routing

Hi Victor,
This isn't an answer, but rather a way to get the answer for yourself.
Go to autozone.com and make yourself up a (free) account. From there you will be able to add your Tribute to the My Vehicles section of your account. Once that's done, you can then access the repair guides for your rig. Head to the Engine Mechanical section and you'll find drive belt routing diagrams, followed by removal and installation instructions.
