@vuyiswaors63437 if your battery charge depletes quickly and has difficulty charging, I would start off by replacing the battery first. Then re-evaluate for any other issue. The model you listed is relatively new. I would check for any let over warranty first.Don't do anything until you find out if it is covered under warranty or not.

First thing to try for any phone charging slowly, especially if the phone says something about check the charger connection or anything within the ballpark of super slow charging is: get a NEW charging cord.
USB cables go bad over time from repeated flexing, twisting, bending etc, and the wires inside them fray and break. Frayed wires can't carry as much amperage and broken wires carry no amperage.

Are you using the OEM charger? If the phone was purchased used, the supplied charger may not be OEM and therefore not able to supply the necessary voltage or current.
Check the charger specs. I don't know if this supports QC3, but with a 5000ma battery, the charger should be at least 5V 3A.
The OEM charger may be the adaptive fast charger. That is 25W or 5A @ 5V. Your cable must also be capable of delivering that much current.

Why is phone too slow when I'm using it?!
@treach88408 The phone might be slow when you are using it if you have many apps open at the same time. If Bluetooth and WiFi is on, that will use up battery faster. If you are using a lot of screen time with the brightness high, that will definitely run the battery down.
