Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.47 to view the procedure to remove/replace the keyboard.
On p.79-80 you'll find the part numbers for all the country specific keyboards available for the laptop. Search online for Lenovo (insert part number appropriate to your keyboard language variant) to find suppliers that suit you best.
