How to install Android 10 on this tablet?

So this is a complicated answer, so please bear with me

It's not 100% easy to upgrade from 4 to 10 as first, you need a ROM (Read Only Memory) file that will work with your hardware. You'll need to look for one that is for your same exact Manufacturer and Model. I would try XDA Developers for this as they have a reliable form.

Otherwise, if you're up for the challenge, I would learn about Android Studio, Bash, JavaScript and GitHub and try lineageOS. It's like android and its Open Source! Android 10 does require a faster processor, so if you successfully ported android 10 to your tablet, it may be slow or buggy.
