As you've no doubt found already, iFixit doesn't have a guide for the repair you're trying to do. The good news is I found a Spanish site called Nadie Me Llama Gallina that does. Here you go.

Replacement screens can be found on most of the major retail sites such as eBay, Amazon and AliExpress, along with many online parts stores. There's a relatively inexpensive one on AliExpress I ran across; most of them cost quite a bit more than this one, but it seems to have gotten reasonably good reviews.
