Grinder does not come on at all for my bdc650BSS. It has been fully cleaned, descaled, reset, calibrated. I’m not sure where to go from here. It may be the actual motor. LED light will blink or go out occasionally and then we unplug and plug it back in to get it working. Also, we can only make 9 cups of coffee at a time because when we fill it to 12 the LED screen will blink and go out sometimes.

Dina Bower sounds like a bit of a power issue. I would start by removing the bottom cover. You find your control boards etc. in the bottom. Post some good pictures of everything you find in there, with your Question.
