Replaced Drive but still Reporting Error
My Airpot Time capsule reported a drive error so I replaced the existing 3TB. With an 8TB WD Red Plus, which by all accounts should work. However I still get the drive error report. Using Airport Utility I clicked on erase drive and nothing seems to happen and the drive error report still shows. I did break the connector for the LED off the PCB but I would think it will run without the LED. Any idea how I can move forward?
