Computer and Brake Sensor cable replacement

Hi, guys. I Have an QiCycle EF1 International Version. I've suffered an accident, and the cable which connects the brake sensors and computer display was cut.

How can i Fix it? Where do i find a cable which subsititutes the one that was broken?
