Loose strip at bottom of driver side door?
The strip at the bottom of driver side door is pulled away from door near door jamb. Do I need a new strip or can I repair this with some fasteners? It doesn't seem to snap back into place.

Mike Traughber, sounds like you have some broken clips on the moulding. I know that Lexus will try to sell you a new moulding, which probably runs around $100, or you could just try a local body shop to order those clips for you. Also, try a Toyota shop, they will be cheaper. Of course, you can always try to glue them on....:-) Hope this helps, good luck.

Couldn't have said it better. Try rockauto.com if you're having trouble finding those clips. They're great for small obscure parts.
