Laptop Screen Vertical Scanlines

I have a Hp Omen 16-b0080TX (Win 11) and after playing CsGo and watching random youtube stuff . Then my monitor made This vertical Scanlines.

I tried Uninstalling Monitor Drivers and Display Drivers then Restarting (still Didn't Work)

I tried System Restore to 3 Days ago (when i know, no problems and no new Installs or update happened) didn't work

I hooked it up to my TV via HDMI and no Scanlines on the TV.

updated Nvidia and System Drivers to latest (still didn't work)

Changed my Refresh rate (still didn't work)

please help.

Your laptop screen is broken. Might be possible someone has pressed on your screen and the circuit has been broken. You need to change the display of the laptop.

is the Screen Broken or the Ribbon? Just want to know for sure cause the HP Service Center is pretty far from where i am.

After moving or flipping the screen if the screen fluctuates means the ribbon is broken. While there are no changes means the screen is damaged.
