Screen black and green
My Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G’s screen is black and green. The phone charges and still rings. There is no physical damage to screen. I don’t know how this happened. What would need to be replaced or repaired?

Hello, i think the screen is allready gone. This flip generation was problematic. When is screen randomly blinking especially Green means is somehow mechanical broken. Unlucky new screen for this model costet almost same like second hand flip 3 ☹️ repair will be rentabil only when the data inside is worth for you.

Has it been dropped or knocked? Exposed to moisture? If not and you have any warranty on it contact where you got it for a warranty repair.

I have a cover on my phone. It slipped out of my pocket and it must have hit the hinge. It would not fully open I did hear something pop into place when I push hinge down on hinge. Them it opened....but anytime I closed it, I wouldn't so, I kept doing it...now there is black and green on screan...will it be covered by my insurance w.o a deductible?
