Powers off and on during programs

Have you tried a software update through the Bose app?

If you have and it didn’t work I would try opening it up using this video to help get started with the disassembly

From what I can see it looks to be some screws after taking the rest off as demonstrated in the video(sorry the video isnt very in depth there are many guides for this speaker)

If that doesn’t get you in let me know but if you do get in can you upload some photos of the inside using this amazing guide
