rapid clicking while trying to start
I replaced my starter and also solenoid and I still have rapid clicking while trying to start my cub cadet xt1. All terminals are clean and tight. Any suggestions on what else I can check.

So that clicking is from the starter solenoid
Since the cables are fine and you replaced the starter, all I can think of is the battery. If you have a voltage meter, check to see if the battery is at 12.6. If it's not, let it charge overnight and try starting the mower again

Mine is doing the exact same. Changed the starter, solenoid and battery. All wires are good and connections are good as well
