Leaking honey like liquid
My refrigerator is leaking gooey,honey like liquid from front right of refrigerator .
What is this?

meadowrockers if it is a honey color and honey thickened consistency then it is possible that this could be oil leaking out of the compressor. The compressor is what pushes the refrigerant through the cooling system . If it is leaking then your compressor will fail pretty quick and you will experience a loss of cooling in your fridge. Time to get the experts to look at that.
The only other fluid could be coming from a drain. See if you have a drain pan that catches water when your freezer goes into the defrost cycle. It would be unusual to be of honey color or thickness but anything is possible.

The leak is nowhere near the compressor. It is coming from front right. when i remove the bottom grill it is coming from frame above it. The drip pan is just behind that and is dry.
what color is it? what does it feel like? can you send pictures?

Shingle It is stickie like honey and the color of honey. It is coming from under the front. When i take off the grill on the bottom front it is stickie on black frame near drip pan. No sign of leak and drip pan is dry.

my Fridgidaire stopped working properly so I bought a new one. when i pulled the bottom crisper drawer out there was a pool of yellowy gooey sticky mess on the bottom of the fridge. i thought "how did honey get in here, we dont use honey". then i tried washing it but water and soap didn't work so i knew it wasn't food source. i tried scraping it out and it smelled like a chemical glue of some kind.
