Why it is not continue starting
it start for a while the phone models appear and then turn off again..

The model of my phone is GT-E2120 as mentioned here,my phone is not getting switched on,i don't know why. It was initially getting switched off for every five minutes but now it has got switched off completely and I have tried switching it on but it's not getting switched on and i have also tried plugging in the charger but there is no difference,it remains to be switched off.Am not understanding what the problem is,how do i fix this?please help..

So I know how to do this first connected to a PC and restore some things or if it doesn't work try going to the repair shop so they can repair your phone and work back to normal if it doesn't work still call Samsung
I usually have the same phone but it works properly :)

This sounds like a case of dead battery. Plug your phone into the charger and try to turn it on. Does it? If it does, you need a new battery. If that doesn't work, try doing a hard reset. You will lose all of your saved data, but it may recover the phone.
