flip 5 bluetooth button unfunction

hi guys , pls help me try to fix my flip 5

my flip 5 blue tooth button was unfuntion , but it can connect to my pc as well , i cant reset my flip 5 for any step as show in youtube

is anybody can solve the button issue ?? thank you
