My iPod won't turn on

My is not turning , previous days it was carged out so i took the ipod and charged it and tryed to seitch it on . it didnt showed me the log so itryed with the centre and seitch off button still no sign

then i went to the icare there they told its an hardware issue and told me im out of warranty so cant be replaced

Then i visited this website can you give me the solution if possible

And one more thing when i charge it i feel there is a heat in the ipod at the bottom

i dont know whther this happen after when my ipod is dead
