Had the same problem. When I finally got it out I put a piece of "Crystal Clear" Scotch tape on it as a pull tab so I never have this problem again. This is a HUGE help, and I use the tape tab all the time.
Have you tried using some sturdy tweezers or a metal pick to remove it? The memory card might be pretty stuck, but it should come out. Be careful not to damage the card though —- SD cards can be pretty fragile.
