Error message while trying to download apps

I own an iPhone X and I use it for my Samsung galaxy watch active daily, after troubleshooting for months, I cannot find a solution. Whenever I try to download an app on the watch or via the phone, it shows an error message. I did connect to the watch properly via the galaxy watch app on my phone, but it still dosen’t work. I am aware that Apple prevents you from trying to use samsung watches to the full extent, I would like to know if I can reverse this issue or maybe to get the phone to stop restricting it. Any idea is helpful.
