My display screen needs replaced
I have been advised to get a screen replacement kit, do you sell them?

Unfortunately ifixit doesn’t have any parts for your model laptop.
Here’s the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.
Go to p.62 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly.
On p.21 Item #4 you will find the part numbers for all the various display panels available for the model.
Search online using only the part number appropriate to your particular model variant to find suppliers of the part that suit you. Usually the part number can be found on the back of the display panel if you wish to verify that you are ordering the correct part.

I checked the iFixit store and the few models of this HP Probook I checked only show battery replacements. There are several internet screen replacement stores though so you should have no trouble getting a new one with good quality.
