Screen not working after replacement

I recently bought a replacement screen for the Pixel 4XL and I put it in, but the screen does not work. The sound when it is plugged in to charge goes off, but it doesn’t do anything other than that.. Any one have an idea of what happened? I know what im doing when replacing screens, but this has baffled me.
