iPhone X Screen unresponsive
I’ve done rebooting stuff, does it need a new screen LCD? any hardware to fix this?

I’m fairly new to this, so take my advice with a grain of salt. Hopefully someone with more experience will provide their own input as well!
I would imagine your digitizer has gone bad in some way (perhaps a torn ribbon cable or something). It’s actually a pretty easy thing to change out, but like I said, I could very much be wrong.

That's probably right, the screen is the first thing to try. It always helps when the OP gives more detail about what happened to the phone prior to the issue, don't hesitate to ask questions...just like a doctor would if you complained of abdominal pains.
Linking in the guide also helps...you'd be surprised at how many people have not even looked at the guides to do their repairs. Many just look at Youtube videos and those can be of varying quality.
