Our same TV just went black too.
Our same TV just went black too. You can still see the picture when you shine a flashlight, and hear the tv, but it's black. We can't even se enough to get to the factory reset. Any suggestions?

Hanna J since you can still see it with a flashlight, most commonly will be a failed backlight strip. There is always the possibility that this is a bad power board. Measure the voltages from your power board to the backlight LEDs. If that voltage is high then you most likely will need new backlight strips. Let us know the exact make and model for your TV and if you can remove the back and post some good pictures of your power board as wella s the label on the back of your panel.
