Will not let me take pictures
I turn on camera and the lens does not came out or open. Receive a message turn camera of and on. I do it but still same problem

Romina not sure if you tried to check this out Sony Cybershot DSC-W5 Troubleshooting and see if any of it will work for you. Sometimes shaking the camera while pressing the power button or giving it a good whack on the side can solve the problem. here is also a good guide Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W5 Lens Replacement for the lens itself.
