The picture on my sanyo 32 inch tv is blurry and as if in slow motion. Really bad picture. What can cause this and is it an easy fix? The picture leaves a trail after the image

The TV model no is CE32LD81-B

Update (05/20/2020)

@oldturkey03 Great. Here's a picture from further back showing the whole TV as one

@chanmer any of this can be caused by a few boards. My first suspect would be the T-con board followed by the main board. Since you did not tell us what exact model your TV is we cannot give you more detail on those boards. I will also help is you remove the back cover from your TV and take a good look at the boards and se if there are any obviously damaged components on those. Post some good pictures of your boards with your QUESTION so that we can see what you see. 在已经存在的问题里加入图片

@oldturkey03 thanks for the Info. I have added some pics and the model name to the post now too, if this helps. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Your T-con board should be a 320wtc2lv3.7 Lj94-01420w which is actually made by Samsung. Check on here what it looks like https://www.shopjimmy.com/samsung-lj94-0...

Your 1st picture is the main board. It's a Vestel 17MB22-2. 3rd picture is a 16MB1300-1 Vestel card reader. take another picture but move your camera out so we can see the complete board layout on your TV's back.

@oldturkey03 added a pic to the original post. Csn take more if needed or if it makes it easier

@chanmer interesting :( looks like something is not quite what it seems to be. You may have to either remove the board or take a look under the sheet metal (in your last picture top side, above the power supply and main board) see what is hiding around that.
