Error code C07 - vaceem backs up and stops

Error code C 07 - clean cliff sensors. I have cleaned them with a soft cloth nomerous times and error will not clear. Any suggestions?

The vacumm just backs up a foot from the base and trips the error code.

I also have this problem. I have cleaned the cliff sensors repeatedly but it still backs up and then shuts down with the C07 error code again.
