Can I increase the RAM from 32gb to 64gb on my Samsung SM-T670 18.4 tablet and will it then perform faster?

Bob Kelley just to reiterate, no you cannot. Not because the motherboard does not support it but because the memory is soldered onto the circuit board. In order to replace it you would have to do some major board level rework.
