Hi,
For a while my macbook pro has been making this annoying crackling sound when the fan is on. The higher the rpm the louder the crackling gets. I’ve recently tried opening it up and cleaning the fan with compressed air but the crackling persists.
Any suggestions as to what the problem is / how to fix. Thanks in advance for any help.

Mads Hemmingsen sounds like a bad fan motor with some possibility of causing frequency interference. Start by replacing the fan
