What is the model number of the TV?

You have selected a Panasonic Viera 3D 46” TV as the device in your question but due to an error in ifixit (they have been notified) it is showing a Panasonic Viera 50” model P50-S20B

If your model is the 50” model then here’s a link to the page in the service manual that shows how to enter the service mode for the TV.

I don’t know if the procedure to enter the service mode for a 46” 3D Viera is the same or not or if the settings in there are the same as the 50” P50S20B model.
