1 Cannon Printer MX 490
I am getting an error code on my cannon MX490 ink jet printer. One minute it is printing the next it is giving support error B204. I tried shutting it off and back on again. Doesn’t work. The ink cartridges are at the far right. I can’t check them.

Action
Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply.
