Tv logo flashes on and off.

the tv flashes on and off with the logo every time I attempt to turn it on. There is also an audible click.
note. Audio in clip is not coming from this tv.

KC wilkinson remove the back from you rTv and unplug the main board from the power board. You should now get the backlight to turn on (you can check by looking at the back of the panel though some of the screw holes to see if it is on). if so you know that your backlight is okay and the issue is most likely your power board. Use a multimeter and check the connector from the power board to the main board for the proper voltages (most commonly printed on the board itself) as well as the high VDC to the backlight LED’s. Let us know what those voltages are.

Looks like they separated the positive and negative connectors. CN801 carries the - and CNL801B the +. Use your meter and measure the voltage from
CN801 pin 3 negative probe and CNL801B pin 9 positive. Same with CN801 pin 8 negative probe and CNL801B pin 4 positive. Follow the pattern established by the printing on the power board. Let us know what you get. Keep your multimeter in high ~250 VDC
Check the DC voltages on of each pin on CNM802. Compare the voltages against the print on the power boards. you need to check with the TV off and then again with the TV on. Let us know what you get on each pin. Also check pin 20 and let us know if it shows a steady voltage of ~4.11 or if it fluctuates the same way your backlight turns off and on etv.

So I don’t have my multi meter on me , I will tomorrow. But when I power the tv on with the main board attached I get the blinking and clicking. But I can’t power it up at all with the main board unhooked. No flashing or clicks
Okay try to unplug the wire with the TV on and see if our backlight stays on. nothing to lose right now:-)
The back light doesn’t stay on it’s only on if the main board is hooked in. But that’s when it blinks and I’m getting about 4.7 v on that board every time the back lights flash
Sound slike a bad backlight array. you can of course verify this by purchasing an inexpensive LED backlight tester but for now I am convinced the issue is your backlight. When you unplug your backlight from the power board and you measure the voltage on that connector what voltages do you get. Set your meter to VDC at about 250V
I can’t seem to get any voltage but I may also be testing the wrong pins. If it is the back light would that be worth replacing?

@Hassan Mirambeigui we need way more information than 5 words. Make? Model? What have you checked? Just the screen turns on then off and same again? Power LED stays on?
