stuck on the rca screen that has the pups on it
why is there no answer for this question? I have the same problem resetting it with the pin in the back doesn't even work. can we get an answer?

Barry Martin sounds like you have an issue with the operating system. Try to Boot into recovery mode by pressing and holding the volume up and power buttons. Once the RCA screen (the one with the dogs :-) comes on, let go of the volume up button and you should see an android image. Press and hold the power button and tap the volume up button once more and this should bring you into the recovery mode menu

I got same problem and the way I work around it is I unplug it then after the light goes from red to white then back to red I push the power button and hold it it turns on and keep holding and after about 3 secs it goes changes screen after first time u sometimes don't have to unplug it first but sometimes u do it doesn't work as well with remote but sometimes it does as long as it's pointed at projector whole time
