I have a red and blue Horizontal line on tv
My Panasonic tv has blue and red horizontal lines going down the bottom half and I need to know what’s wrong so I can see if I can fix it myself

@dopenay this looks like a panel driver board issues (it is considered part of the panel and cannot be replaced separately. Of course it is also possible that this is a RAM error on the main board. I’d go with replacing that just to rule out the panel. If you give us a complete make and model we can probably get so more information about this for you.

I added the tv model on there
okay so it's a plasma TV. That changes things a bit. Panasonic calls the main board the A-board. Take a look at that and check for any obvious damaged components etc. If that does not change anything I would suggest either the y-buffer or a bad data board which is part of the panel and cannot be replaced.
