Change Scratched Screen, digitizer and chassi

I'm Elonai a mobile phone technician from Ghana, West Africa and a customer brought a mobile phone with a broken screen but half of the screen was still displaying. i tried changing the screen and screen cord of the phone so many times but the screen just displays dark and blank with some scratches. Please can you help me the phone is Samsung S5230. I'm waiting for your answer.
