Still not turning on
Replaced with new battery and new charging port, but still not turning on! What else could be done?

It probably turns on but the LCD is broken so you cant tell that its on. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 显示屏组件 - 触摸屏和 LCD 显示屏更换
