Hi @tamandy239 ,
Does it turn on when the charger is connected and switched on?
If it does then the batteries may be failing to hold their charge and need to be replaced.
If it doesn’t then there may be a problem with the on/off switch etc.
In any event the razor will need to be opened and inspected as to what the problem may be.
Here’s a link to a video that shows how to dis-assemble the razor.

Try this one
Make sure the razor is charging correctly. It is a common mistake to see the solid green light on the charger, but it also requires the flashing green light on the razor itself.
