Both the Bluetooth and WiFi antennas are located within the lids clutch cover.
You’ll need to remove the lid to get to them MacBook Air 13" Mid 2012 Display Assembly Replacement and here’s the needed part MacBook Air 13" Hinge/Clutch LH - iSight/antenna cables

Are you sure it is the antenna because it got smashed by a hit or is it just that Wifi/Bt don’t work ? It might as well be the card gone bad:
