How many miles is on this car ? Has the transmission fluid ever been changed ? The most comon cause for this code are plugged filter . before tearing the car apart start with a complete transmission oil and filter changer then clear your codes and drive the car and see if this corrects the problem . If it brings no joy then you will need to replace the valve and solenoid . Hope this helps
