Try disconnecting the battery from the logic board and plug in the magsafe, the Mac should start up on its own without power pads. If it doesn’t, it’s likely you have a logic board issue since you tried already an alternative know good charger. Do you have a green light on magsafe..does it turn amber with battery plugged in ?

I have tried to disconnect the battery and tied to start it wit h a good charger. Yes I have a green light on the magsafe. The battery if full charged, so it stays green
@darky112 Well, if you don't have any fan spin even in this case you have a board issue unfortunately.

Try disconnecting the battery from the logic board and unplug the mag-safe. Press and hold the power button for ten seconds. Hook the battery and Mag-Safe back up and you should get a spontaneous reboot.
