Plugged my ipod into computer last night to charge it. Today when I unplugged it, it would not work. Stays black. When I plug it back into computer it does everything it is suppsed to and shows that it is charging yet it doesn't work at all when unplugged. When plugged into computer ipod plays music, takes pictures ect!!! I have already restored it and I have also tried to reset it. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Thanks

It does sound like a battery issue to me. I do not believe that there is any other hard or software issue involved. I am convinced that you iPod will be good as new with a new battery. Good Luck
