Distorded sound while switching on device
My big blue party speaker when switching on it gives a distored sound same while switch off also it doesnt connect to the bluetooth devices or through the aux…
how do i fix this problem

You may want to consider participating in the recall of these speakers. These speakers can overheat catch fire because of the faulty batteries inside of the speakers.
