unlikely that this is a firmware error. It sounds more like a bad power supply or (unlikely)the button board. remove teh back of your TV and take a look at the boards. Check for obviously damaged components (domed/leaking capacitors etc.) You can try to check the voltages on your boards. Start with the power supply (fuses etc.,)Post some pictures of your boards with your question. that will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide 在已经存在的问题里加入图片 for that
