USB ERROR MESSAGE From DVDR
Message: Unknown USB device/file. Please remove the USB. Insert a compatible USB device. I've tried several USB devices and cannot get the message off the TV screen. DVD will play in the background.

Try unplugging your DVD player and plugging it back in if you have not done this already.

Ok good to know. It may be a good idea to contact Toshiba customer support at this point. The phone number for their customer service help desk is (888) 592-0944
