Z240IC power module crash

Hi

I have a Zen-AIO Z240IC. After using it for two years, a day it starts to have electricity on its outside back-panel, which was sensible when it was touched by hand. after several hours, it crashed, stopped working and smelled strangely.

I opened the system and got that a metallic chip on a small PCB behind the main board (maybe power module of the mainboard) is broken or maybe exploded.

Do you have any Idea that what is the solution to repair that? Is this small module available to change? and how much is the probability that my mainboard is not ruined?
