Is there a users repair manual or schematic that shows the interior co

I bought a Della Portable Mini Compact Twin Tub Washing Machine Washer Spin Wash and Dryer Cycle (9KG) w/ BUILT-IN PUMP with WalMart, item no. 570301397 . Both the washer and Spin dryer, work great. But the built in water pump, seems to lose it’s prime often, and must drain slowly until it catches it’s prime again. It came with absolutely no info on where the stuff is mounted under it, and the small back door can be removed, and you see both the washer and dryer motors, but I can’t find where the water pump is installed. I tried speaking to the makers of it, searching all over on line, but just can’t find a drawing or schematic, of how the articles are connected. Does anyone have any suggestions so I can find one? Thank you. Paul

Clogged Pump or Hose

Sometimes, socks and other small articles of clothing can get into the drain system and clog the pump hose or the pump itself. Remove the hoses from the pump and check for any obstructions.

The listing on WalMart, is exactly this: Della Portable Mini Compact Twin Tub Washing Machine Washer Spin Wash and Dryer Cycle (9KG) w/ BUILT-IN PUMP. Because of how it is built, it's impossible for anything bigger than lint or anything like that, to pass through to reach the water pump. It's NOT BROKEN, what I need is a drawing, picture, or anything that shows the interior of the unit. If it's possible where it's located, I know a bigger water pump can be used instead of the current one. My trouble is the small space to look at things, I can't look far enough, on my knees and because I am 66, to actually recognize the water pump. Sad, yeah. But where it was made, China, they didn't think it worth while to provide a schematic of the unit. But, thanks anyway.

Paul, @oldturkey03 has the best luck locating manuals, maybe he has a clue. 66? just a youngster, this is my 72 birthday today. But I needed help to repair my disposal, just to hard to get in there anymore ;-)

Paul Breaux I guess it's time for me to visit Walmart and see what I can find out. I would not be surprised to find out that the Della name is a distributor......

I contacted Della by email several times, and they are located in China. They have a THIRD party hired, to handle and ship out their products, and they are in California. I was surprised at how easy going and polite they came across as, but even if I asked them for the graphics on the unit I bought, that was NEVER sent to me. But they were very courteous in dealing with.

Mayer, you got 6 years on me. Think maybe I should get a 'LUBE JOB' to make all my joints in my body, a bit more easier to move around again. Oh well, guess a belated Happy Birthday is one thing I can still wish. Have a good one.

If you remove hose from pump wouldn't that be where pump is at that connection

My Della washer stopped working I can hear the timer switch working but it will not agitate, drain or spin Is it the motor? I have the small panel off the back but not sure how to get to the motors or where to order??? Any help would be greatly appreciated Penny

I cut a whole in the back rear of mine and found the motor. Took it apart and found a small collar stay that had slipped into the pump. Cleared that, put everything back together, and it works great! Problem now is the spinner motor seems to have burned out. :(
