Ticwatch 2 pairing problem

Hi i have a ticwatch2 smartwatch that won't connect with my galaxy s9. I seeked help from their support and they list out the methods i should try and i have already tried all of them but none works. Previously it is able to connect with my old phone huawei with no problem, only after i changed phone it won't connect. I tried pairing my s9 with other bluetooth device and it works fine. Do u have any suggestions on what i should do?
