Continuing Random Reboots Issue

Hi,

it's a week my Nexus 9 randomly reboots.. sometimes it works for some hours, or it starts to reboot in loop

in a couple of casese it got no more past the boot, so I tried also a factory reset and now also a fastboot USB install

could it be a RAM (flash) issue?

thanks for any advice before I've to get a new tablet
