The third-generation Ram was unveiled on February 7, 2001 at the 2001 Chicago Auto Show. This was a major update including an all new frame, suspension, powertrains, interiors, and sheet metal.
I have the same problem I bought a replacement tube and there are two screws to take the tube off. One on top that is visible and the other is down hidden and I can't seem to get the bottom screw off or even find where I can reach it.
