about an Hour to 1 1/2 , hours , I leave the fans on the radiator and pull it out , just unplug the wires remove radiator with fans , its faster to swap fans when its all out , NOTICE disconnect battery , anytime you have electric plugs to unplug on these later models , Be safe , you dont want issues .
